การกำหนด copies หมายถึงข้อใด

โปรแกรม Microsoft Word 2010 มีขั้นตอนการพิมพ์เอกสาร โดยคลิกแท็บ ไฟล์ แล้วเลือกคำสั่ง Print จะปรากฏส่วนคำสั่งคุมการพิมพ์และเอกสารที่จะพิมพ์ขึ้นรูปด้านขวามือ

รายละเอียดคำสั่งต่างๆดังนี้

Print เป็นส่วนที่ใช้ในการสั่งพิมพ์งาน ประกอบด้วยปุ่มสั่งพิมพ์(print)และจำนวนสำเนา(Copies)ที่ต้องการพิมพ์

Printter เป็นส่วนที่ใช้เลือกเครื่องพิมพ์ที่อยู่ต่อกับเครื่องในกรณีที่มีหลายเครื่องพิมพ์นอกจากนั้นยังสามารถกำหนดคุณสมบัติอื่นๆของเครื่องพิมพ์ได้ด้วยการคลิกที่คำสั่ง Printer propertiesได้ชื่อเช่นเครื่องพิมพ์ Brother จะปรากฏหน้าต่างกำหนดคุณสมบัติเครื่องพิมพ์ขึ้นอยู่กับเครื่องพิมพ์นั้นๆด้วย

การกำหนดคุณสมบัติของเครื่องพิมพ์เช่น ขนาดกระดาษ สีหรือขาวดำ คุณภาพการพิมพ์ และลูกเล่นในการพิมพ์งานเครื่องนั้นๆ

7.1 การกำหนดหน้ากระดาษ

การกำหนดหน้ากระดาษเพื่อให้ผลการพิมพ์ออกมาตรงขนาดที่ต้องการโดยการคลิกแท็บ file แล้วเลือกคำสั่ง print จะปรากฏส่วนคำสั่งควบคุมทีมและหน้าเอกสารที่จะพิมพ์ขึ้นด้านขวามือให้คลิก lether จะปรากฏรายการกระดาษขนาดต่างๆมาให้เลือกคลิกเลือกขนาดกระดาษที่ต้องการ

เมื่อเลือก หนังสือ(Booklet) จากลิสต์ เค้าโครงหน้า(Page Layout) พิมพ์จากหน้าสุดท้าย(Print from Last Page) และ เรียงชุด(Collate) จะปรากฏเป็นแถบสีเทาจาง และไม่สามารถเลือกได้

เมื่อเลือก การพิมพ์ทั้งสองหน้า (ด้วยตัวเอง)(Duplex Printing (Manual)) พิมพ์จากหน้าสุดท้าย(Print from Last Page) จะปรากฏเป็นแถบสีเทาและไม่สามารถเลือกได้
