General Summary:

Maintenance of the facilities in compliance with the company procedures and safety instructions, mainly on Turbine mechanical or hydraulics fields. Under the (Sr.) Manager – Mechanical & Turbine Engineering and repairing all equipment in the plant. Performing any duties necessary to keep the plant running in a safe and economical manner.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Be responsible for the correct performance of the whole maintenance of the turbine mechanical equipment of the facilities in compliance with the O&M manuals, procedures, spare parts, consumable use, schedule, safety, quality, and reporting.
  • Manage all the Daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly maintenance tasks as planned (PM, CM, IM including outage).
  • Performing preventive, corrective, outage, and improvement maintenance work orders assigned. – and reporting on time

Summary of Responsibilities:

Under the general direction from the Operation Manager, performing duties ensuring a safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the cogeneration plant. Performing all duties in compliance with plant policies, protecting the investment in machinery, equipment, and facilities by exercising care, skill, training, and knowledge.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Directing and training others in the inspection, repair, and operation of the plant, and assisting in the operators’ training.
  • Performing operational maintenance repairs, where qualified, and assisting others making repairs to all equipment.

Safety Management

  • Safety Technician expects to work closely with XPCL Safety, O&M teams, and SSC Insurance and Safety to supporting job and activities which related to safety operation and other assigned work.
  • Coordinating on a daily basis with XPCL safety and O&M teams to comply with applicable standards and procedures, laws, regulations, international standards and OSH Management System.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support safety activities according to OSH yearly plan.
  • Report any safety issues that found in the safety inspection.
  • Inspect site tool and equipment to ensure that it is maintained in a safe operable condition.

General Summary

  • Bachelor’s or higher in Civil Engineering, Structural, Water Resources, Irrigation or other related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferably in civil/structural design, drawings, calculation or technical reports, feasibility study, specifications, or project development.
  • Past experiences on projects related to hydropower, dam, water resources, and/or irrigation would be advantage.
  • Experience with engineering design and analysis software (e.g. SAP2000, STADD Pro, Revit etc.) would be advantage..
  • Good command of Thai and English, both verbal and written expressions
  • Able to travel and work out of office for short missions
