Can't believe they claimed to be number one airline in the world. If you fly to the States from thailand. Take Quatar if you want to go to the east coast or asian airlines any thing japanese or korean or even chinese airline like Hainan airline. They are all way better than this."

Though it’s certainly not the airlines fault that there was an issue with a passenger, they should’ve been a lot more transparent and gave us a lot more information on what exactly was going on other then “we need to go back to a special area to get this passenger off.” Couple that with the security checks to “make sure there is nothing on the plane that shouldn’t be” and very little explanation of what actually occurred, it made for a very stressful flight. Not knowing if this passenger had made any kind of threat against the plane, or safety of other passengers... etc, it was very hard to feel safe for the remainder of my trip being left in the dark as the incident occurred in first class."

DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."

The ticket agent, the gate agent and the cabin crew all did nothing to make up for the fact that their system screwed up and stuck me in a cramped coach seat in the back of the plane for 11 hours-- TWICE! Beyond that, KLM must have one of the oldest fleets in the sky. Both ways LAX->AMS->LAX, I was on a 30-35 year old 747 with no wifi, no power and a ten-year-old entertainment system. Never again."

So it's one thing that you have to cancel the flight because of fog; but rebooking us the next day on a flight through New York that doesn't exist, was way below the standard of care I would expect from any airline. Apparently, the NY to LAX flight that KLM booked us on, was only one leg of the flight to Sydney Australia; and according to some airline agreement, only Australian nationals are permitted to take that flight! Running around at JFK from terminal four, to terminal seven, to terminal eight, back to terminal four, to get a flight out, was a bit much considering how tired we were – not to mention hungry, since KLM neglected to provide the kosher meals we had requested with plenty of time – BOTH going to and returning from Europe."
flight was excellent. The crew was very helpful. Finnair made this 10 hour flight flyby. The entertainment screens on every seat really help save the battery life of your personal devices. We were served dinner and even a light breakfast, both of which were tasty. The crew even did all they could to help one group of passengers with their child, as to keep them comfortable during the flight.

Discussing this with the staff at check0in and at the gate, made no difference as they had no knowledge of what was available on that particular flight. Every time I fly with American I'm reminded of why I don't like the airline and I will do my best to avoid them moving forward regardless of competitive ticket pricing."

ข้อดี: "The flight was operated by Iberia. The crew was very good, the flight was on time and it was a comfortable flight. It was not a full flight (either way to or from Madrid) and there was plenty of room to spread out and sleep which was nice. The entertainment system was great with many options from TV to movies to games and music. The food was only fair but included a meal and a large snack. I will definitely take this flight again."

The seats were cramped (coming from someone average height) and the middle and window seats have a combined under the seat compartment so you don't feel like you have personal space. I wish the breakfast was more substantial, but other than that it was a wonderful flight and I would definitely take it again!"

ข้อเสีย: "I regularly fly between Chicago and London and dread having to get on AA90. The planes are ridiculously old with barely any legroom and no seat-back entertainment. On this occasion, my friend sitting next to me, who is 5'10" had his knees right up against the seat in front. When the passengers in front reclined it was almost impossible to get comfortable. There is no seat-back entertainment. For some this may not be a big deal, what with iPads and other devices, but it speaks to AA's failure to consider it's customers comfort and ease on long-haul flights."
